The next marathon will begin at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, and continue through 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, on the Green Forest Square. High School student Beth Philipi will sing the national anthem, while Green Forest Cub Scouts Pack 188 will post the colors and Miss Green Forest Ruby Bustamante will lead the pledges. BV board approves refinancing
