Carroll County Youth Literacy Rotary Foundation Inc. recently elected new board members. Pictured from left to right are secretary Charlie Reece, treasurer Peggy Lodewyks, vice chairman Jodie English-Brown, chairman Linda Grave and database maintenance chairman Brian Byerley. The foundation is now administering the Imagination Library project for the entire Carroll County. This is now a joint venture of the Rotary Clubs of Holiday island, Eureka Springs and Berryville. This program provides free hard-back age-appropriate books mailed directly to each registered child, from birth to 5 years old, living in Carroll County. The goals of the program include improving pre-K literacy and providing a basis for better grades leading to stronger employment opportunities.
