WILLIAM LEON NEWBOLES, of Green Forest, Arkansas was born December 3, 1943 in Batesville, Arkansas son of Marie (Thompson) Grogan. He departed this life Friday, June 9, 2017 in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 73 years.  Willie was a member of Freedom Full Gospel Fellowship Church in Carr Lane, Missouri.
