EUREKA SPRINGS -- On Thursday the Carroll-Boone Water District board appointed a new board member and voted to issue $10 million in bonds, with another bond issue after the first of the year. Eureka Springs to draft ordinance banning future animal circuses

At Monday's Eureka Springs City Council meeting a proposed ordinance whose sponsor said was intended to protect the quality of Eureka Springs' water quality was voted down by a 3-2 margin.
