New floor (Holiday Island ~ 02/19/14)
Volunteers removed the old flooring in the Island Room last month and replaced it with tile and carpet, with the installation work done by Patti and Charlie Larkin. A portion of the old floor was covered by "inlay," which proved difficult to remove, hence the iron, to heat the adhesive to make the floor easier to peel.
