    Residents of Green Forest are under a boil order after a 12-inch main water line broke Saturday.     GREEN FOREST -- The Green Forest City Council had a productive agenda-setting meeting on Monday, and Mayor Charlie Reece predicts that the May 14 regular meeting will be a good one. The first thing that was accomplished was the sale of four old vehicles the city had been hoping to dispose of, which they did indeed do. Reece said the city made $1,600 in the process...
