GREEN FOREST -- A Green Forest coach and teacher has been charged with second-degree sexual assault involving a student. On Feb. 16 a report was taken by the Green Forest Police Department that 25-year-old Andrew David Ray had inappropriate contact with a student. Barrows Excavation has been doing extensive ditch work along Holiday Island Drive in preparation for Carroll Electric to replace an underground service line. Work stretched from a point on Hwy. 23 North across from the Holiday Island entrance up the hill toward the clubhouse.
