Adult co-ed volleyball league still needs teams

The Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting sign-ups for teams to play in an adult co-ed volleyball league. Play will run from Oct. 12 to Dec. 10 at the Berryville Community Center. Dear Editor, A recent letter to the editor in the Lovely County Citizen said: "Some citizens advocate poisoning and/or shooting our beautiful deer because the humans are not creative enough to build non-intrusive fences and drive slower." No one is advocating poisoning the deer, which is illegal. And I nearly crashed my bicycle when a deer jumped out in front of me, and I wasn't going fast...
