Carroll County 4-H members shine in state competition
Six Carroll County 4-H members, along with Monty Rexwinkle, Ag/4-H Agent, and Torrie Smith, FCS/4-H Agent, recently traveled to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville to participate in the Arkansas 4-H State Conference and competitions, known as State O’Rama.
