The Annual Meeting of the Carroll County Fair Association will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Carroll County Fairgrounds located at 104 County Road 401 in Berryville. The Western Carroll County Ministerial Association presents its annual Community Thanksgiving Service at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at Holiday Island Community Church, 188 Stateline Drive in Holiday Island.
