Joyce Rose Cobb, passed away July 8, 2024

Adam Penry Todd, 38, of Rogers; passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at his father’s home in Clifty. He was born Monday, September 23, 1985, at Berryville, to David Wiley Todd and Jane Elizabeth Maloney Todd.

Deborah Kay Woods of Berryville was born August 31, 1955, in Harrison to Francis Dean and Vella Mae ( McCol lough) Smith. Deborah passed away June 13, 2024, in Berryville at the age of 68.
The Basin Spring Lodge No. 386 and veterinarian Anthony Pike will present a rabies and microchip clinic from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 22, at the corner of Harvey and Tower streets in Eureka Springs.
The Friends of the Berryville Library have begun selling tickets for their upcoming raffle to raise funds for the new library. The “Make It a Summer of Adventure” raffle is being presented this year by Tonya Williams Agency, Shelter Insurance and features a chance to win $1,000 cash and eight other great prizes to help spark a variety of local adventures for those young or old.

Berryville freshman Kai Killingsworth won the girls 3,200-meter run and sophomore Kaylyn Smith won the girls triple jump at the 4A-1 district track and field championships on Tuesday, April 23, at Pea Ridge High School.
Eureka Springs High School has once again been named one of the state’s best of the best by a national publication. In the most recent rankings of “Best High Schools” by U.S.
Green Forest’s Arauny Reyes won the boys 3,200-meter run at the Rosson Invitational on April 11 in Harrison, finishing in a time of 10:38.67. Reyes finished second in the 1,600-meter run.
