The Friends of the Berryville Library presented the Carla Youngblood Community Spirit Award to Rancho Latino owners Marion and Alma Diaz on Monday, Aug. 19.

James Evan McDevitt, a cherished family man, and friend to many, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born on January 11, 1966, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to John and Clyda (Walker) McDevitt. James lived a life marked by love, dedication, and a warm sense of humor that endeared him to all who knew him.

It is with profound sadness and yet a celebration of a welllived life that we announce the passing of Billye Sue Roberts, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Billye Sue was born on May 14, 1935, in Yocum, and she departed from this world on August 6, 2024, in her home surrounded by the love of her family.
