SENIOR CENTER MENUS

The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. Please arrive earlier than noon for lunch. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $5. There is an $8 charge for those under 60 and $8.50 for all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change.

Richard Glen Hostetler

Richard Glen Hostetler, beloved husband of Donna Marie (Kropf) Hostetler of Berryville, Arkansas, was born October 16, 1953, to Glen and Rosemary Hostetler at Princeton, Illinois. He peacefully passed away at his home in Berryville, Arkansas on October 14, 2025, at the age of 71 years, 11 months and 28 days. Richard was diagnosed with cancer in April of 2020 from which he patiently suffered many complications and hospital stays. He was willing to accept whatever he was asked to go through and expressed himself as “waiting the call.”

Mary June (Quinn) Crane

Mary June (Quinn) Crane, aged 95, passed away on October 4, 2025, in Berryville, Arkansas. Mary June was born in Grandview, Arkansas on June 12, 1930 to John C. and Gertie (Wood) Quinn.

Detention Center INTAKE LOG

This listing includes individuals who have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty. As of Sunday, Oct. 19, a total of 63 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Chamber Awards Banquet slated Saturday

The Berryville Chamber of Commerce will hold its 2025 Awards Banquet on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Berryville Community Center, featuring special guest speaker Jason Jedamski, founder of Ignite2Unite.

Juvenile Conference Oct. 28

The 4th Annual Juvenile Conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, in the Berryville Community Center Auditorium.
