Lois Lovitta “Granny” Anderson of Berryville, Ark. was born Dec.31, 1933, at home in Berryville, Ark. to Thomas and Sarah (Hall) Dorsey. Lois passed away April 24, 2022, in Fayetteville at the age of 88.
Lois enjoyed bird watching, crocheting, planting flowers and being outdoors. She loved being around her family the most.
She is survived by her children, Gary Sisco, Wayne Sikes, Terry Anderson; grandchildren, Michelle, Marcella, Mary, Leanne, Robin, Garri Sue, Jason, Heidi, Christy, Jeremy, Chad, Nina, Michael, Destiny, Tyler; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Mergel, Barbara Evans; brothers, Kenneth Dorsey, Dale Dorsey; along with host of family and friends.
Lois is preceded by her parents, Thomas and Sarah Dorsey; son, Larry Sisco; daughters, Christine DeLong, Sarah Ball, Johnita Anderson; grandchild, Joshua Whiteley; brother, Arthur Dorsey.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville.
