Jade D. Fultz, age 40, of Berryville, Arkansas, passed away on October 20, 2025 in Fayetteville,Arkansas. Jade was born on January 8, 1985, in Harrison, Arkansas to Gerald Leon and Joyce (Sparks) Fultz.
Dedicated to community service, Jade served as a volunteer fireman in Berryville and Green Forest, Arkansas. He worked as a maintenance supervisor at Tyson for many years. Jade’s tough exterior covered up what a kind, caring and sensitive soul who was very family oriented.
Jade took great joy in his daughter, Kami, he loved to watch her cheer. He also loved to fish, hunt, work on and restore old vehicles, side-by-side riding, and embraced every opportunity to explore the outdoors. He was also a member of the Arkansas Master Predators Group.
Jade is survived by his wife, LeeAnn Sisco Fultz; daughters, Kami Fultz, Addie and Allie Ashford of Berryville; his parents, Gerald and Joyce (Sparks) Fultz of Berryville; his sisters, Teri Girouard of Pea Ridge, Sheri Bostwick (Donnie) of Oklahoma, Leonda Davis (Jeff) and Leanna Britt (Todd), all of Berryville; several nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends who will miss him dearly.
Jade was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his nephew, Ian Girouard.
Visitation services will be in Berryville at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kings River Church in Berryville.
