Fred L. Worley (F.L.) of Berryville, Arkansas was born in Rock House, Arkansas on August 17, 1943, to Fred and Daisy (Doss) Worley. F.L. passed away September 4, 2024, at the age of 81.

F.L. enjoyed riding horses with friends and family, spending time in the woods hunting, whittling, attending every roping and sporting event his kids or grandkids were involved in. He was of the Christian faith and was the best and most supportive husband, dad, father- in-law, papa and friend. F.L. worked for many years at Nelson Funeral Service and retired from the Army National Guard after 25 years of service and serving in Operation Desert Storm.

March 28, 1969 F.L. was united in marriage to Phyllis (Plumlee) Worley who survives him of the home. He is also survived by his children, Heath Worley and wife Lisa, Heather Smith and husband Josh; grandchildren, Ashlin Allee and husband Tanner, Kamryn Lehr and husband Colten, Brady Smith, Bryce Smith, Gabriella Smith; great-grandchildren,, Gracynn Allee, Tripp Allee, Huxlee Lehr, Rhyatt Allee; siblings, LulaBelle Bryant, Jim Worley and wife Betty, Lavone Kelley and husband David; niece, Tammy; nephews, Scott Worley, Jimmy Worley, Shannon Woods.

F.L. is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Daisy Worley; father and mother- in-law, Dean and Mae Smith.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 13, 2024, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Larry Montgomery and Brother Billy McCall officiating. Interment will follow at Gobbler Cemetery.
