The Carroll County News welcomes letters from local community members and visitors to our community. We offer first-time-only publishing rights in our coverage area. Original letters are welcome as long as they are in good taste, and are signed, with a verification telephone number included. When possible, please type. We reserve the right to edit letters for length and clarity. Email letters to: SLoftis@CarrollCoNews.com
