Dorothy Faye Masters

Dorothy Faye Masters was born in Natoma, Kansas to Levi Morris Hawkins and Marie Anna (Ritterbush) Hawkins on September 2,1931. She left this earth to go to her Heavenly Home to be with Jesus on July 20, 2022, at the age of 90.

She was a member of the Grandview Baptist Church. Before her health got bad, she sang in the church choir, went on mission trips, and enjoyed singing at the nursing home. She belonged to the Women Volunteers at the Berryville Hospital and also volunteered at the Loaves and Fishes Food Bank. She loved her church and her church family. She felt that God had given her the passion to send cards. She received a lot of joy through sending cards in the mail.

She is survived by three sons: Robert Jetton of Berryville, Jimmy Jetton and wife Linda of Berryville, Randy Jetton and wife Dena of Berryville, and one daughter: Isabelle Harris and husband Brent of Fayetteville, Arkansas, 13 Grandchildren, 43, Great Grandchildren, 11 Great-Great Grandchildren, Several Step Grandchildren, Several Step Great Grandchildren, a host of other loved ones and friends.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, two sons, one daughter, two grandchildren, and two great grand children.

Visitation will be 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm, Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 25, 2022, at Grandview Baptist Church with Pastor Billy McCall, Bro. David Bennett, and Bro Tom Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Baptist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Grandview Baptist Church, 1001 Hwy 143, Berryville, AR 72616.
