Donna Jo Curtis of Berryville, Arkansas passed away December 28, 2025 at the age of 83 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on April 9, 1942 in Oak Ridge, Oregon to Russell and Vivian Plumlee.
Donna treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially loved the summertime with her children. While they were growing up, the whole family would gather at the lake to fish, camp and simply just enjoy being together. Those long sunlit days by the water became some of her most treasured memories.
She is survived by her children: Ronnie Whiteley and wife Sheila, Tom Curtis and Melisa Curtis all of Berryville. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Russell Whiteley and wife Alyssa, Dylan Whitleley and wife Summer, Andrew Curtis and Jessica, Kristina Wilson, Cassandra Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson, 11 great-grandchildren, many other family members and many friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Vivian Plumlee; her first husband, Ronnie Whiteley; her second husband, Junior Roy Curtis; sister, Patsy Sharp and granddaughter, Elizabeth Marie Wilson.
Memorial service will be Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Berryville Community Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Online condolences may be sent to nelsonfuneral.com.
