CousinsAmanda Dawn Cousins of Huntsville was born on September 7, 1979, in Eureka Springs to Richard and Lesa (Russell) Gordon. Amanda passed away July 3, 2024, in Huntsville at the age of 44.
She was a member of Call of NWA – Foster Parent Organization. Their family had 99 children and 2 exchange students come through their home. She worked with CASA. Amanda loved crafting and belonged to several crafting organizations.
October 12, 2002, Amanda was united in marriage to Clinton who survives her of the home. She is also survived by children, Sara Cousins, Zackery Cousins, Casen Cousins; parents, Richard and Lesa Gordon; brother, Mark Gordon and wife Dustina; nephew, Grady Gordon; niece, Adria Gordon; father and mother-in-law, David and Marla Cousins; brother-in-law, Sheldon Perry; several other family members and friends. Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Merle and Erma Russell, William and Margaret Gordon; brotherin- law, David Cousins, Jr.; and her granny, Bears.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Lower Campground Church.
