It’s a busy month

I’m continually amazed by the amount of numbers and the number of events there are here in Carroll County. September seems to be especially busy, with Agri Days in Green Forest, the Berryville Film Festival, Jeep Jam in Eureka Springs, Pioneer Days in Berryville and the annual induction ceremony for the Berryville Athletic Hall of Fame.

Reason for optimism

Is this the year that Carroll County’s two high school football teams turn the corner and become legitimate playoff contenders? It’s too early to make that kind of declaration, but fans of the Berryville Bobcats and the Green Forest Tigers have to be thrilled with what their teams accomplished last week.
