Betty Lou Sooter of Berryville, Arkansas was born June 28, 1933, in Oak Grove, Arkansas to John and Ova (Jones) Peden. Betty passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in Verona, Missouri at the age of 89.

In the early morning of July 15th, 2023, James Louis Chipouras, 77, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, affectionately known as “Chip”, passed away. Earlier in the evening a thunder and lightning storm heralded his final hours.

Mary Ellen Sheard of Eureka Springs, Arkansas was born on October 19, 1928, at her grandmother’s home in Kit Carson County, Colorado to David and Edna (Scruby) Bretthauer. Mary passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023, in Bentonville, Arkansas at the age of 94.

Jimmy R. Harp, 71, of Grandview, Arkansas, passed away July 2, 2023. He was born March 19, 1952, in his grandmother’s house in Madison County to the late Betty and Junior (Woods) Harp.

Joetta Carol Youngblood, 73, of Alpena, Arkansas, went to her heavenly home on July 5th, 2023.

Betty Joann Hatcher of Rogers, Arkansas was born in Cassville, Missouri on March 17, 1937, to Spencer and Grace (Womack) Wallace. Betty passed away July 4, 2023, in Rogers at the age of 86.

Margaret Louise Holmes “Peggy”, age 65, of Green Forest, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, in Berryville, Arkansas.
