County Democrats offer help with candidate filing
For individuals who want assistance with the filing process and Democratic Candidate Filing forms (available at the County Clerk’s office), Carroll County Democratic Party officials will be onsite from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, and Monday, Nov. 10, at 210 W. Church St. in Berryville.

The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. Please arrive earlier than noon for lunch. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $5. There is an $8 charge for those under 60 and $8.50 for all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change.
