The Friends of the Berryville Library, along with Marquee Sponsors, Equity Bank and Bank of 1889, invite you to attend an evening of fun, live music, and great local food from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 21, at the Berryville Community Center Banquet Hall.

It’s not too late to sign up for the Berryville Library Summer Reading Program, which kicked off with a big splash and a bit of wonder on Monday, June 2, with a magical balloon show. Special programs, open to all ages, run now through July 25 and feature varied events and activities each week.

If you missed seeing the Disney movie Mulan in theaters, gather the family and enjoy it for free at the Berryville Library this Saturday, June 14, starting promptly at 6 p.m.

Opera in the Ozarks, the storied summer music festival and prominent opera training program based in Eureka Springs, will celebrate its 75th anniversary year, and the grand opening of its highly anticipated new theater as it kicks off its 2025 Summer Season later this month — featuring dozens of exciting opera performances and other special musical events at venues across the Northwest Arkansas region.

Eight students from Carroll County graduated from Arkansas Connections Academy on Saturday, May 31, at the Jack Stephens Center in Little Rock. The 701-student class eagerly moved their tassels from right to left as family and friends cheered them on. The graduating class collectively earned more than $410,000 in scholarships and awards. Graduates from Carroll County include Julianne Rudder, Reice Grogan, Hailey McCarty, Destiny Clark and Emma Coley.
