The Berryville High School cheer squad was forced to cancel its trip to Texas to compete in last weekend’s national championships because of a winter storm, but that didn’t stop them from showing off their skills. The BHS cheerleaders competed in a virtual version of the national championships instead, performing Thursday, Jan. 22, at Bobcat Arena. On Sunday, Jan. 25, it was announced that Berryville won the national virtual cheer championship in the Game Day Varsity Medium Division. Congratulations!
