On June 9, five Berryville FFA members attended the Arkansas Leadership Conference at Camp Couchdale in Hot Springs, attending with 22 other FFA Chapters across the state. Pictured from left to right are Zoe Hindrickson, Joanie Hayes, Chloe Climer, McKenzie Tramell and Pamula Matthews. The theme this year was World Explorers. The students gained global perspectives through leadership training from Arkansas state officers, interns and staff. These students had the opportunity to learn many life lessons and bring them back to our community. From team bonding, to learning about the needs assessing and how to help through community service, these students gained many new skills while at camp. After 12 sessions, countless friends made, and bonding with each other, the Berryville FFA chapter left Camp Couchdale better than they came in! Photo courtesy of Berryville FFA
