Betty Jane Jordan, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024, at her home in Shell Knob, Missouri.

Born on November 16, 1954, in St.

Louis, Missouri, Betty’s life was a tapestry of warmth and devotion that touched everyone she knew. Betty’s journey through life was marked by the joy she found in the simplest of pleasures: the love of her family and the comfort of home. She was the cherished wife of Jim Jordan, a bond that was a testament to enduring love and partnership. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Jimmie Jordan and Laura Gail, who were Betty’s pride and joy. The family grew with the addition of six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom were the light of Betty’s life.

As a homemaker, Betty was the heart of the household, creating an environment filled with love and care. Her hands were rarely still as she poured her soul into the well-being of her family.

Betty’s interests were centered around her family, and she invested every moment into creating a legacy of love. Friends and family will remember her for the loving and kind soul that she was, always placing others before herself.

Betty Jane Jordan’s life was a beautiful example of love in action, and her memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire her family for generations to come.
