Carroll County District Court will host a Warrant Amnesty Day and Resource Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, at the Berryville Community Center.
The event will allow individuals with eligible Failure to Appear and Contempt of Court warrants to resolve their cases without arrest. Participants can meet with a court clerk, be screened for eligibility, have warrants recalled and receive a new court date.
A resource fair will also connect attendees with services including housing, legal aid, employment assistance and disability support.
The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo ID.
Food and family activities will be available.
