Tigers’ Reyes takes 3rd in Take Flight ‘Night’ 5K

Green Forest senior Arauny Reyes finished third in the boys division of the Take Flight “Night” 5K Invitational on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Northwest Arkansas Community College in Rogers.

Reyes covered the 5,000-meter course in 17 minutes, 11.68 seconds.

On Saturday, Sept. 7, Reyes competed in the Bob Gravett Invitational at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, finishing fifth in a time of 16:41.08.

Berryville competed at the Shiloh Christian Saints Invitational Saturday September 7, 2024. Our Jr. High Girls team placed 7th among 1-4a divisions and two girls medaled. Dalielah Kessler placed 15th among 1-4a divisions with a time of 14:16. Right in front of her was Mikayla Killingsworth placing 14th with a time of 14:12.

Berryville’s Kai Killingsworth took fifth place in the high school girls division at the Shiloh Christian Saints Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 7, in Springdale. Killingsworth finished in a time of 20:56. Teammate Astralia Amos placed 17th with a time of 23:07.

Berryville’s Malachi Houghton placed sixth in the boys division with a time of 17:54. He was followed closely by teammates Carson McMellon, Oliver Bemus and Noah Houghton with times of 18:28, 19:01, and 19:03 respectively.
