CarterSusie Mae Carter of Berryville, Arkansas was born September 1, 1958, in Wabbaseka, Arkansas to Charles and Frankie Mae (Wallace) Jasso. Susie passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024, in Berryville at the age of 65.
Susie married her loving husband, John Carter on June 19, 1983, who survives her of the home. She is also survived by her daughter, Wendy Edwards of Berryville; her son, Nathan Kile and wife Dianna of Oak Grove, Arkansas; seven sisters, one brother; four grandchildren, Riddick, Heather, T.J. and Rosa; a host of adopted family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frankie Jasso; son, Jackie Kile; and two brothers, Jesse Jasso and Charlie Jasso.
Services will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Cove Baptist Church, c/o Jeannie Lawrence, 305 George Street, Berryville, AR 72616. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Online condolences may be sent to nelsonfuneral. com.
