Stephen Archie SwoffordStephen Archie Swofford of Berryville, Ark. was born October 27, 1950, in Berryville to Archie and Mary Ellen (Holland) Swofford. Stephen passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, in Berryville at the age of 72.
Steve enjoyed everything farming. The family would like to thank the staff at Peach Tree Assisted Living for going above and beyond in their care for Steve. A favorite saying of his was “It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later”.
Steve is survived by his sisters, Marjorie White and her husband Gary and La- Von Nance and her husband Reyburn; five nieces and nephews, 11 great-nieces and nephews, and four great-great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Mary Ellen Swofford and nephew, Michael Nance.
