After a hiatus of nearly two years because of pandemic-related issues and precautions, St. James’ Episcopal Church of Eureka Springs will be conducting its 54th “Silver Tea,” an event that has ushered in the Christmas holiday season for over half a century at the Crescent Hotel.
The traditional and elegant “high tea” will be held in the Crystal Ballroom of The Crescent Hotel, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, and is open to all, with admission at the door by donation.
Money raised by the event will be donated to an established and worthwhile charitable organization.
Past recipients have included: ECHO Dental, Purple Flower, Back Our Kids, Cup of Love and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.
