The Berryville Lady Bobcats’ 2022 softball season came to an end with a 12-0 loss at Prairie Grove in the first round of the 4A-1 district tournament on Monday, April 25.
Berryville had one hit in the five-inning game — a double by senior Faith Kelley to lead off the game. The Lady Bobcats also drew three walks — one each by Addie Ashford, Dakota Tresler and Emma Hall. Hall stole second with two outs in the top of the third but was stranded there.
Kelley pitched four innings for the Lady Bobcats, striking out four batters. Only one Prairie Grove run was earned as Berryville committed 10 errors.
