The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. Carryout meals are available between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Please call by 10 a.m. to place an order. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $4. There is a $6 charge for those under 60 and all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change due to supply chain availability.
Tuesday, Oct. 24
Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery; whole kernel corn, skillet cornbread, sliced apples.
Wednesday, Oct. 25 Fried catfish, pinto beans, seasoned greens, hushpuppies, green tomato relish, cookie.
Thursday, Oct. 26 Chef salad with turkey, ham, tomato and cucumber; crackers; fresh fruit; yogurt with granola.
Friday, Oct. 27
BBQ chicken with loaded mashed potatoes, fried okra, cornbread.
Monday, Oct. 30
Chicken Cordon Bleu, scalloped potatoes, creamed spinach, fresh roll, fruit salad deluxe.
Tuesday, Oct. 31
Happy Halloween: Ghoulish goulash, gruesome green beans, caramel spiced apples, grave digger dirt cake.
