SENIOR CENTER MENUS

The Carroll County Senior Activity and Wellness Center is located at 202 W. Madison Ave. in Berryville. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Lunch is served at noon each weekday. The suggested donation for ages 60 and up is $4. There is a $6 charge for those under 60 and all carryout meals. Menus are subject to change.

Ham/Spinach and tomato quiche, grilled vegetables, fresh fruit.

Wednesday, March 15

Beef stroganoff with egg noodles, broccoli with cheese, vanilla peaches.

Thursday, March 16

Lemon pepper chicken, wild rice, fried squash, whole wheat roll.

Friday, March 17

Reuben sandwich, potatoes O’Brien, fried cabbage, shamrock cake.

Monday, March 20

Fried catfish, pinto beans, coleslaw, hushpuppies, green tomato relish, cookie.

Tuesday, March 21 Pot roast with potatoes,

carrots, celery and onion; roll, spiced apples.

Wednesday, March 22

Chef salad with turkey, ham, lettuce, tomato and cucumber; dressing; crackers; grapes; yogurt and granola.

Mexican chicken casserole with salsa and sour cream, spicy black beans, fiesta corn, birthday cake.

Chili cheese and tater tot casserole, seasoned green beans, peach bread pudding.

Ham and cheese sandwich, garden pasta salad, potato chips, cranberry chutney.

BBQ chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, fried okra, cornbread.

Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion; potato wedges, baked beans, cookie.

Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, capri vegetables, fresh baked roll.
