KUAF General Manager Clint Schaff will be the featured speaker at Berryville Library’s 4th Monday Meetup. Starting at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, all are invited to come in to meet Clint, engage in a great conversation and enjoy free coffee and doughnuts.

Clint is new to KUAF, starting in July 2024, but he is not new to thinking and talking about what’s going on with media in our country. As a founder of LA Times Studios, he developed audio, video and event journalism, including hit podcasts, Oscar-winning documentaries and multimedia events. An AdWeek Creative 100 honoree and Grand Effie winner, he has also led global operations for advertising and PR agencies. He has taught media at USC and the University of Arkansas.

At the Berryville Library, Clint will be leading an informal conversation about how radio has changed over the years and why local public radio stations still matter. Having spent his childhood in small-town North Dakota, he knows the important place local radio stations hold in rural communities. He is interested in sharing his thoughts and hearing from others how local media can help build stronger communities.

You won’t want to miss this informative and thought-provoking program. No reservations or tickets are required. All ages are welcome. For more information, contact the Berryville Public Library at 104 Spring St. or call 870-423-2323.
