NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District is accepting proposals for the modification/remodeling/repurposing of its Transfer Station and Construction and Demolition Pad, located at 1106 Industrial Dr, Berryville, AR.

This proposal has been published to gather bids for the modification/remodeling/repurposing of its Transfer Station and Construction and Demolition Pad. Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District will accept proposals for the modification/remodeling/repurposing of its Transfer Station and Construction and Demolition Pad at 706 South Main, Berryville, AR until 2:00 p.m. on October 4, 2023. We will open bids at this time.

All proposals shall contain the following and be separated by project number:

Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District will accept bids for the following projects:

Project #1: Modification/Remodeling of the Transfer Station to:
Remove the compactor to modify the Transfer Station to begin using tipping trailers.

Project #2: Modification/Remodeling of the Transfer Station to:
Remodel the front of the Transfer Station to accommodate tipping trailers.

Project #3: Modification/Repurposing of the Construction and Demolition Pad to:
Remodel/Repurpose the Construction and Demolition pad to accommodate another tipping pad area.

Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District will evaluate all proposals based on the following criteria:
• Overall Costs
• Company Experience
• References
• Proposal professionalism and quality

The proposal will be evaluated by the Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District Board within 5 business days of the opening date and all bidders will be notified of the results of said evaluation.

Carroll County Regional Solid Waste Management District reserves the right to reject all proposals.
