To give you an opportunity to see what's new, and what has changed, we have taken the paywall down temporarily.
Currently, there is no need to log into the site.
We will provide instructions for creating new account and resetting passwords when the paywall is turned back on.
Carroll County News will launch its redesigned website Wednesday, June 1.
The web address — www. carrollconews.com — will remain the same, and during the transition, website content — including the e-edition — will be accessible to all visitors, but once the transition is complete, some access will be limited to digital and print subscribers.
Once that happens, print and digital subscribers will need to sign in and reset their passwords as Carroll County News completes its transition from former owner Rust Communications to its new owner, CherryRoad Media.
Once the paywall is raised, subscribers will receive an email whenever a new e-edition is ready. It will have a picture of the new edition’s front page and a link to the e-edition. Obituaries, classifieds and legal notices will be accessible to non-subscribers.
For more information, questions or issues with accessing the website or digital subscriptions, contact the Cherry Road Media Subscriber Helpdesk by phone at 973-541-4210 or by email at subscriberhelp@cherryroad.com.
The Helpdesk can assist customers with issues such as not being able to log in after paywalls go up, issues with the site display, or site-content related issues. For all other issues, please contact the CherryRoad Corporate Helpdesk at 877-243-7794 or https://helpdesk.cherryroad.com.
