CashPhillip Owen Cash of Holiday Island was born November 8, 1957, in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Derrell and Ethel (George) Cash. Phillip passed away June 19, 2024, in Rogers at the age of 66.
He was a mortician and worked for Roller Funeral Home and Willis-Hays Funeral Home before he retired. Phillip was also a nurse and worked at White River Medical Center. He wrote for The Stuttgart Dailey Leader a humorist column called “Arkansaw Slick”. Phillips sense of humor was the most outstanding quality, he was well known for making everyone laugh.
Phillip also enjoyed traveling the country with the love of his life, Ina. He found fulfillment in taking literally anything and making it his own.
January 29, 1993, Phillip was united in marriage to Ina (Andrews) Cash who survives him. He is also survived by his daughters, Michelle Kirby and husband Wayne, Raven Cash and Jason Harrison, Katelyn Severns and husband Aaron, Logan Bishop and husband Dustin, Pricilla Rosario Cash; grandchildren, Brennan, Mason, Xander, Keagan, Meghan, Emily, Grady, Harley, Jackson, Mark, Ally, Gavin; brothers, Eric Cash, Kenny Cash; nephews, Derrell, Eric, Josh, Matthew; along with other family members and friends.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, Derrel and Ethel Cash.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday June 29, 2024, in Nelson’s Chapel of the Springs in Eureka Springs with Dr. John Webber officiating.
