Patsy Joe Jones of Clifty, Arkansas was born May 24, 1937, to Fred and Ethel (Prickett) Rhiel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She passed away June 23, 2022, in Ozark, Missouri at the age of 85.
Patsy was married to Nat Jones for 61 years where they had a happy life on their farm in Clifty, Arkansas. She had a long career working for Epley Law Firm in Eureka, as well as helping Nat run the Jones Bros. Clifty Store.
She liked to go fishing, enjoyed gardening, and cooking. Patsy also liked to spend her $15.00 at the casino a few times a year and enjoyed a good horse race. Patsy was an avid Razorback fan. She loved spending time with family and friends. She and Nat never had children of their own and they both enjoyed all their nieces and nephews.
Patsy is survived by her sister Joyce Cadwell of Branson, Missouri along with numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded by her parents Fred and Ethel Rhiel, and her husband Nathanial Jones.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Nelson’s Chapel of the Springs in Eureka Springs. Graveside service will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Upper Clifty Cemetery with Pastor Max Bowlin officiating. Memorail donations may be made to Clifty Cemetery.
