Pat Doss of Berryville, Arkansas was born February 6, 1944, to Joseph and Emma (Patton) Doss in Berryville, Arkansas. Pat passed away July 16, 2022, in Berryville at the age of 78.
He started milking cows at an early age with his mom and brother Bill. Pat started a job at Prod Stanfield gas station at the age of 14. He worked for Carter Tractor for several years. Pat opened his own mechanic and welding shop from 1969 until 1974 when he than went to work for Fancher Farms for 25 years. He than went to work for Robert Spurlin on his farm for a few years until retirement. Pat was on the Berryville Fire Department. He enjoyed playing dominoes with his friends. Pat never met a stranger.
He is survived by his wife of 59 ½ years, Shirley Doss; son Kevin Doss and wife Patricia, daughter Patti Parker and husband Jeff; grandchildren Ashley Kaler and husband John, Tori McDaniel and husband Phylemon, Justin Doss and wife Dani, Lindsey Doss, Melissa Wilson, Jesse Gardner; ten great grandchildren; brother Bob Doss and wife Grace; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Pat is preceded by his parents Joseph and Emma Doss; brothers Jerry Doss, Bill Doss; granddaughter Whitney Gardner.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm, Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel, in Berryville with Pastor Freddy Blevins, Pastor Bill McCall, Pastor Mitchell Scitern. Interment following at Farmer Cemetery.
