The Mercy Hospital Berryville Auxiliary announces the purchase of two new blanket warmers for Mercy Hospital Berryville. They have been installed on the Medical -Surgical Unit and Surgery. Pictured with one of the warmers are registered nurse Darlene Ballance (left) and volunteer Anita Spearman. These units will provide warmth and comfort to Mercy’s patients and the staff is very excited to have them. Patrons’ support through Mercy’s gift shop, fundraisers and thrift store raise the funds needed for items such as these. The auxiliary is currently selling Georgia Pecan Nuts and is holding a quilt raffle. Tickets for the raffle are $1 apiece of six for $5 and can be purchased in the hospital gift shop. The winner will be drawn Dec. 15. The auxiliary is always looking for volunteers. Even if it’s only two hours per week, your time is appreciated. (Submitted Photo)
