Mona Lisa Swint, of Berryville, Arkansas, was born in Santa Maria, California on October 10, 1951, to Virgie Adame. Mona passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024, at the age of 72.

Mona put family above all else. She always loved having big family gatherings and cooking for everyone. She worked for many years at Tysons, after she retired, she enjoyed spending time with her grand-nieces, Alice and Cora. She loved spoiling her dogs, Honey and Tobby and all her birds.

Mona also loved nature. She loved being around all the trees and feeding all the creatures. Mona really enjoyed camping with her family and sitting around a campfire telling stories.

Mona found so much joy in so many things such as pow wows, antiques and thrift stores, doing her puzzles and games, watching boxing, baseball, racing and rodeos, riding motorcycles, VW Bugs, traveling, tie dye everything, nut crackers, singing and dancing toys, yard ornaments, and going to lakes and oceans even though she didn’t get in the water.

The loving family she leaves behind include her husband, Ronald H. Swint; daughter, Monica Bernardo of Berryville, Arkansas; son, Ronald L. Swint of Berryville, Arkansas; son, Jason Swint and his wife Jennifer Taylor of Gentry, Arkansas; son, TJ Tilford of Fayetteville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Iain Taylor, Brayden Taylor. Sisters, Becky Robles and her husband Mark of Santa Maria, California and Terry Adame and her husband Albert of Santa Maria, California; sisters- in-law, Joyce Swint of Little Rock, Arkansas and Edena Sheridan and her husband William of Berryville, Arkansas. Nieces and nephews, Brian Robles, Joshua Robles, Zari Robles, Jasmin Robles, Shonlonnie Ontiverous, Nichole Adame, Tammy Luna, Amy Luna, Melissa Hand, Jordan Burrell, Malory Gatlin, Chris Sheridan, Steven Sheridan. As well as other family and friends who will miss her greatly.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Virgie Adame and brother, Andy Adame.
