Michael Allen RyanMichael Allen Ryan of Berryville, Arkansas was born July 8, 1966, in Madison, West Virginia to Jimmie and Christa (Griffith) Ryan. Michael passed away September 6, 2023, in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 57.
Michael was fun loving and quick witted. He loved his family and friends above everything else. He took every opportunity to spend time with them, in person or on the phone. He loved to cook and was quite a grill master. He loved to cook for family and friends gathered together and always enjoyed a cold beverage.
He was a member of The Redneck Brothers and always enjoyed the annual Redneck Reunion with his lifelong friends. He was also a member of the Bassmasters and the NRA. Michael was an avid fisherman, he loved to bass fish and was happiest on the water with a fish on the line and friends in the boat. His absolute favorite was to fish with his son, Logan. He was a world class bow hunter and a competitive archer. He traveled the world on many hunting trips.
Michael loved listening to music and was always up for a road trip. One of the best road trips was the annual Talladega trip. He made lifelong friends there that were like family. He loved to visit his home state of West Virginia, time with family and friends, and taking his mom on float trips. He is survived by his partner, Gloria Brewer of Berryville, Arkansas; son, Logan Ryan of Morris, Alabama; parents, Jimmie Ryan of Daniels, West Virginia, Christa Ryan of Madison, West Virginia; Carmen Hall and family of Berryville, Arkansas, Casey Reid and family of Berryville, Arkansas; nieces, Kendyl Harvey and family of Mann, West Virginia, Matney Ryan and family of Madison, West Virginia, Dylan Ryan of Madison, West Virginia; close friends, Brad Maberry and Karla Gray; mother of his son, Tina Cicero, along with so many family members and friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Ryan; grandparents, Jim and Doris Ryan, Bert and Susie Griffith.
Visitation will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2023, at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with a Memorial Service following at 3:00 p.m.
