CS Bank has announced that Terry C. Martin, the bank’s chief information officer, has retired as of Jan. 13.

Martin began at the bank May 5, 1986, starting as a teller at CS Bank’s (formerly Bank of Eureka Springs) Holiday Island office. During her time with the bank, she played a key role in several departments including deposit services and as loan officer.

In 1999, Martin was promoted to vice president of data processing where she was instrumental in the advancement of the bank’s technology. In 2003 Martin was promoted to senior vice president of data processing and finally in 2007 she was promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer.

Martin has continued to lead the way for bringing along the bank’s digital offerings.

“Terry has been instrumental in the success of our institution during her tenure, and I am proud of her hard work and stewardship throughout her 36-year career,” CS Bank CEO Charles T. Cross said. “On behalf of our board of directors and entire CS Bank family, we wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter of her life.”

CS Bank is a $503 million Northwest Arkansas- based bank with seven locations throughout the area and plans for continued expansion, including a second location in south Harrison.
