Several Carroll County students have been recognized for their outstanding academic performance during the fall 2024 semester at the University of Central Arkansas.
Jack Dignan and Ella McMellon of Berryville; Michelle Calderon, Nancy Calderon-Mojica, Kevin Cifuentes, Brayden Compton, Kimberly Lozano-Merida and Emily Lozano-Merida of Green Forest; and Magen Parton of Oak Grove have been named to Presidential Scholars for the fall 2024 semester at UCA. Students must achieve a 4.0 GPA with a minimum course load of 12 credit hours to qualify as a Presidential Scholar.
In addition, Madison Beck and Hope Braziel of Berryville; Celia Stodden of Eureka Springs; Misael Cifuentes, Lyndsy Enriquez, Allie Snow, Lyndsey Snow, Cecilia Uvieta-Ochoa and Grayson Youngblood of Green Forest; and Bailey Parton of Oak Grove have been named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2024 semester at UCA. Eligibility on the Dean’s List requires at least a 3.5 GPA with a minimum course load of 12 credit hours.
