Jim Ellyett, 76, of Holiday Island, Arkansas, passed away September 1, 2023.
Jim was the oldest of five children born to James and Dorothy (Wolfe) Ellyett Jr. As a child in a military family Jim got the experience of growing up in several countries abroad before his family settled in Nebraska. He graduated from Aurora High School in 1965. He went on to continue his education earning his associate degree in electronic technology.
He worked for several years in the technology industry before his career later relocated to Northwest Arkansas where he accepted a position with LaBarge, from which he later retired. While in Arkansas he met his loving wife, Pat Logan.
He is survived by his wife, Pat of the home; their children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Jim is preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Golden Baptist Church, with Bro. Shaun Crawford officiating.
