Carroll County Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder Sara Huffman has been sworn in as the District 3 director of the Arkansas Circuit Clerks Association, giving her the opportunity to serve fellow circuit clerks across her district and throughout the state.
“It is truly an honor to serve the people of Carroll County as their circuit clerk and ex officio recorder, and I am equally honored to have the opportunity to serve at the state level through the Arkansas Circuit Clerks Association,” Huffman said. “I look forward to becoming even more involved during the upcoming legislative year in Little Rock, advocating for the needs of our offices, and working alongside and supporting my fellow circuit clerks across District 3 and the state.”
Huffman has served as Carroll County circuit clerk and ex officio recorder since Jan. 1, 2023. She will complete her first term at the end of 2026 and begin her second term on Jan. 1, 2027.
As District 3 director, Huffman looks forward to strengthening relationships among circuit clerks, sharing resources and ideas, and representing the district as the Association works together to better serve Arkansas counties and their citizens.
“I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited for the opportunity to serve in this new role,” Huffman said. “Serving Carroll County remains one of my greatest honors, and I’m proud to have the chance to represent our county while serving Circuit Clerks across Arkansas.”
