Eureka Springs school administrators rolled out a Hot Chocolate Cart across the district on Dec. 13, spreading warmth and joy one classroom at a time! Thanks to the generosity of Arvest Bank and the delicious creations from Mud Street Cafe, administrators served up the best hot chocolate in town,with all the fixings!
