Mercy Hospital Berryville Auxiliary celebrated its Ruby Jubilee, 40 years since its reorganization in 1982, at its annual meeting.
Dr, Bill Flake was the keynote speaker who related the history of the auxiliary and his mother, Blanche, who was instrumental in the reorganization.
Officers for 2022-23 were elected. They are president Carolyn Bosshardt, president-elect Robin Butler and secretary Joy McKinney. Other guests were AHHA state president Carol Evans and former AHHA state resident Kathy Gammill.
Volunteer hours for the past year were 5,945.5 and since 1982 a total of 688,735 volunteer hours have been given to our hospital and community.
